What is ASAE’s ReadyMe Experience?
ASAE’s ReadyMe Experience is a one-of-a kind, leadership development program developed by association professionals, for association professionals and content subject matter experts. The ReadyMe program prepares participants for career advancement through seven online modules that offer essential (aka ‘soft’) skills training, one-to-one virtual mentorship by respected association C-Suite leaders, and an exclusive, in-person Leadership Academy.
The next cohort begins on July 28, 2025.
Registration for the July 2025 cohort is open until July 25, 2025.
Each cohort receives 14 weeks to access and complete program content. We anticipate that each educational module will take about 2 hours to complete, including activities and discussion boards.
Virtual Mentoring with Experienced Industry Voices
Mentorship plays a crucial role in career advancement, growth, networking, and opportunities. ReadyMe cohort participants have the opportunity to be mentored by some of the association industry’s best and brightest C-Suite leaders.
Earn CAE Credit
ReadyMe participants earn 15 Certified Association Executive (CAE) credits upon completion of the program. Earn an additional 5 CAE credits through live participation in the Leadership Academy event. Credits may be used by first-time CAE applicants or by renewing CAEs. These credits may also be used toward renewal of other professional certifications.
